In partnership with Baptist Housing, Fellowship Pacific is pleased to offer The Leadership Challenge again this year. This two-day seminar has effectively helped many of our pastors and ministry leaders gain a deeper understanding of their leadership style and how they are perceived by the people they lead. The pursuit of effective leadership is ongoing and this 360 leadership evaluation has proven to be an effective tool to encourage and propel our leaders toward higher levels of influence in their spheres of ministry.
This 360 leadership evaluation and training seminar has benefited many of our Fellowship Pacific pastors and leaders over the past two years.
The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership taught in this program will help your leadership team strengthen their ability to lead well.
- Model the Way
- Inspire a Shared Vision
- Challenge the Process
- Enable Others to Act
- Encourage the Heart
The Leadership Challenge® Workshop is based on over twenty years of research on the leadership practices required to get extraordinary things done in organizations. It is also derived from the best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge, by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner.
The workshop is dynamic, highly interactive and stimulating. It is practical, providing real-world cases and considerable emphasis on application of the concepts to our current operations. The training itself takes two days and will benefit anyone in leadership within your church, including pastors, board members, Sunday school teachers, bible study/small group leaders and youth workers.
This training will reinforce the foundation of your leadership training within your church and will equip your leaders to move forward in their capacity to lead.
For more information on how your team can be benefit from this training please contact Anna McMillan.
I attended the Leadership Challenge with a measure of uncertainty. I sat and listened with an open mind. I knew that I had resisted in being a leader, but now I feel that I have been given the skills to not only lead but to lead with quality. The class was taught well, everyone contributed. I would recommend this course for all who are interested in equipping themselves with good tools built on solid research.
